Hello! I'm Vivian. My wellness practice is located on traditional Wabanaki land, also known as Maine. I offer my services both virtually and in person, in Portland and Scarborough. My holistic approach to life informs my bodywork practice and Ayurvedic and Pelvic health consultations, as I work with intention and mindfulness to integrate the whole body, mind, and spirit.
